Just Saying...

So India has just tested a new ICBM capable of carrying a nuclear warhead. As it's economy has boomed, so has it's spending on it's military might.

Meanwhile more than 1million children under 5 die each year in India - 600,000 of them from preventable or manageable diseases.

Clearly, another country whose government has it's priorities right...
